Founded in 2011, Anne Cossar & Associates Ltd is a well-established, independent consultancy specialising in expert care evidence and case management services across Scotland and the wider UK. We are proud to work with a highly skilled team of senior healthcare professionals, each with substantial experience supporting individuals affected by serious, life-changing and catastrophic injuries.

Our team includes occupational therapists, case managers and care consultants with backgrounds in complex rehabilitation, social care, statutory services and medico-legal reporting. Each brings clinical insight, professional credibility and a commitment to quality, ensuring every client receives considered, evidence-based input tailored to their individual needs.

All enquiries and instructions are reviewed in detail by our senior team. We work in close collaboration with instructing parties to ensure cases are allocated to an appropriately experienced professional, based on the specific requirements and complexities involved.

We offer a comprehensive suite of services, including:

• Care Needs Reports – robust assessments of past and future care requirements.
• Loss of Services Reports – evaluating the impact of loss of care or domestic support.
• Causation Reports – evidence-based reports that assess the delivery of services where standard of care or occupation therapy are in question.
• Manual Handling Reports – prepared by accredited facilitators and key trainers.
• Immediate Needs Assessments (INAs) – in line with the Rehabilitation Code.
• Case Management Services – including short- and long-term support to aid rehabilitation and recovery.
