Loss of Service Reports
Loss of Service Reports offer a structured assessment and quantification of the support previously provided by a parent, partner, or other family member, which may have ceased due to injury or death. These services can include, but are not limited to, domestic tasks, childcare, emotional support, and other forms of unpaid contribution within the household.
Where appropriate, the impact of such loss can also be addressed in cases where an injured individual is no longer able to provide the care and support, they previously contributed to others.
Each report is grounded in evidence and tailored to reflect the specific circumstances and dependencies relevant to the case, ensuring a clear and objective evaluation.
