Care Needs Reports
Our Care Needs Reports provide an impartial assessment of a client’s current functional abilities, accompanied by evidence-based recommendations and quantification of identified needs. Each report is tailored to reflect the individual’s specific circumstances and projected requirements.
The areas commonly considered include:
- Care and case management
- Rehabilitation
- Housing
- Transport
- Specialist equipment and consumables
- Holidays
- Miscellaneous items and services
Where relevant, retrospective quantification of services received since the date of injury can be included, either within the main Care Needs Report or as a stand alone report.
Assessments typically involve an assessment in the home lasting 3 to 5 hours with the client, and where appropriate, family members or caregivers. This enables a clear understanding of the individual's situation, ensuring the report is thorough, balanced, and informed by direct engagement.
