Our ‘A Day in the Life’ films offer a powerful and authentic insight into an individual’s daily routines and care needs—capturing the nuances and realities that are often best conveyed through film. These videos provide a holistic perspective that written reports alone cannot fully illustrate.

Each project begins with careful planning. Our Care Experts collaborate closely with your client and experienced, professional film producers to develop a detailed filming plan in advance. On the day of filming, a Care Expert is on-site to support your client and any caregivers, ensuring the process is sensitive, purposeful, and aligned with the agreed goals.

Filming is typically completed within half a day. The footage is then professionally edited to create a clear, concise, and high-quality video. Should you wish, the full unedited footage can also be made available.

These films can be commissioned independently or as a complement to a Care Needs Report, and they may also be tailored to highlight specific areas of interest—for example, manual handling.
