SONIA MIRANDA OLIVA

Clinical Lead

Sonia oversees the day-to-day clinical management of care delivery. She is a highly experienced nurse, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Sonia joins us from Acacium Group where she operated as a Regional Clinical Lead, providing clinical and operational oversight of complex care services across Scotland. Recognised with a Global Performance Award, Sonia demonstrates exceptional leadership.

A former Nurse Educator/Advisor, she has delivered training and supported workforce development across clinical settings, including care at home. She holds a qualification in Education and Training and a nursing degree with distinction from Edinburgh Napier University.

Sonia describes her key responsibility at Lighthouse Therapy & Care as “safety”. More widely this includes care planning and risk assessment, training, supervising and supporting service users’ care teams, and safeguarding the welfare of all individuals supported by the service.

ANNE COSSAR 

Manager and Director

Founder of Anne Cossar & Associates, the establishment of Lighthouse Therapy & Care represents a return to delivering complex care services at home for Anne - an area in which she brings prior experience from her previous work with Phoenix Therapy & Care.

Anne, an Occupational Therapist, is the Registered Manager approved by the Care Inspectorate to manage Lighthouse Therapy & Care and has overall responsibility for the service.

With a focus on finance, IT and Human Resources, Elspeth ensures the organisation’s infrastructure, processes, and systems support the highest standards of professional practice.
